The summer is almost at our doorstep. Let’s enjoy the last and beautiful spring days and get ready for the summer heat already.
It’s always good to plan ahead your wardrobe for the warm days to come. The more the merrier, yes?
Have you already looked up your summer clothes and accessories and decided what to keep or toss away? Because I am already still working on that one. I am just not so sure whether to still hold onto some couple of pieces from last season and make them wearable in some cool breezy summer combinations.
The shopping list is already long, yet quite affordable I believe. The beach straw tote with some lovely cheerful details, ancient Greek sandals in metallic color or flat sandals with pom pom and tassel details are the must have for me.
I am already thinking of buying as well the one-piece swimsuit. It will look good at both, the beach and on the street. Let’s not forget that the one-piece swimsuit gives the illusion of a skinnier body and looks way more fun if it has those ruffles at the top.
Dress? Yes, please! There are a couple of dresses on my list too. From one-shoulder to denim, from floral to one with stripes. You can never have enough.
But what about the sunglasses? I have just bought a new pair while I was travelling to Budva, Montenegro. The vintage-inspired sunglasses are definitely yes.

You can’t argue with me about those pearl slide sandals! Aren’t they just adorable and so amazing? They are from Tory Burch, just like those fabulous tassel earrings and that white watch. The Kate Spade’s straw clutch and straw hat are so in and something to look forward to. The chic studded sunglasses and the face glow are from Yves Saint Laurent and are amazing.
